The grass is growing!
The lower deck makes it feel like you’re siting in the trees. The deck sets on the side of a hill overlooking a spring fed fern grove (aptly named Fern Gully by our Niece). The deck enjoys continuous shade for the professionally trimmed canopy of trees.
A glance at the living room kitchen areas. The home has an open floor plan that keeps everyone involved and not separated.
The television stand offers a flat screen television. We are trying something different. This house will have a digital antennae as well as streaming through the blu ray disc player. This allows virtually limitless movie watching as well as T.V. series.
The deck in the distance overlooks a beautiful fern grove. The 16×24′ upper deck linksw together with lighting and a path pf stepping stones.
The Master Bedroom, prior to end table(s) Both bedrooms offer comfortable king size beds.
The Granite counters with Travertine backsplash add to the beauty of the tiled floors. These is no carpet in this home. All tile and laminate (wood look) flooring.

I wish we had the home ready for pictures in April when the Dogwoods made it look like a fresh snow fell on a 70 degree day. What a nice time of year to be in East Texas.
