Hilltop is a great home that can be rented with a waterfront home, or to enjoy alone with it's own kayaks and dock
Sit on the front porch, turn the fans on and watch the deer roam the neighborhood. Of course, you can catch a view of the lake which sits across the street. Grab some worms from the catalba trees and head to your own dock with cleaning station and your own kayaks. Walk the property and enjoy the beauty the area offers. If you're ready to grab a bite head on back to the large deck attached to the rear of the home. You'll notice the gas grill is attached to a large tank so you don't run out of gas in the middle of a meal. We also installed a bright light at the grill for those cooking at night.
Inside Hilltop boast 3 roomy bedrooms with generous closet space. Each room has a work station or desk area. All the counters are granite, floors are laminate and shower/tub are tiled. There is ample lighting and accent lighting in the kitchen area. You have your own laundry room with washer and dryer. You won't feel crowded in this home that sleeps up to 6 people.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 cancellation fee (per property).
Cancellations taking place under 90 days and before 31 days will forfeit the initial 50% deposit.
Cancellations taking place under 30 days will forfeit total payment.
We do not allow rescheduling.
We do not allow sub leasing.
Deposit Policy
Bookings over 30 days prior to arrival require a ½ payment.
Bookings under 30 days prior to arrival require a full payment.
You will be notified approx. 32 days prior to arrival that the card on file will be charged in two days. Please notify us of any changes in credit card information to avoid any disruption. All correspondence will be with the email used in making the reservation.
Any changes in the above procedure must be agreed to in advance and in writing, no exceptions.
If we are unable to process the final payment (usually the 30 day) we will try every reasonable avenue to contact you. If we cannot contact you within 7 days the booking will be cancelled and the payment on file will not be refunded.
Renters acknowledge that Vacation Country Rentals has the right to charge the credit/ debit card on file for damages to the home that are above and beyond normal wear and tear. Any loss or damage to any Vacation Country Rental property can be deducted from your credit card including, but not limited to the following: Damage to the property, home or yard.
The number of guests exceeds that which is listed for the property.
Excessive cleaning/laundry or rearranging furniture that has been moved, replacement of missing items from unit (including towels), soiling of towels, linens & carpets, boating items damaged or lost, costs of cleaning beyond the normal, costs to replace keys and misuse of items belonging to the property. Violation of our no pet policy and Excessive trash will incur charges. Pets brought into a non pet friendly home (Creekside is the only pet friendly home) or smoking will incur an automatic $300 fee for each violation.

Lovely house. It was big, spacious and very well equipped. The cleaning crew had the house spotless. The property views were spectacular. It is a very special house surrounded by gorgeous tall shade trees and trim bushes that provide a zen feeling of relaxation. The home has tons of charm with its decor. We loved all the different new decks and especially the canoe, various kayaks and floating noodles. The hosts are welcoming and excellent communicators. We appreciated how drawers were labeled so we could find things easily. I personally liked the complimentary make up removers in each bathroom, nice touch. The beds and sheets were all super comfortable. We enjoyed that there is a tv in each room. We made beautiful memories in our stay and would highly encourage others to try this property out. We can’t stop talking about just what a terrific time we had in luxury and were sad to leave.
